Fernando Ramirez-Hernandez is wanted for the homicide of 27-year old Hector Escobar-Rizo. Hector was shot to death and his body was found in a desert area. Fernando is also wanted on a charge of robbery in connection with Hector's homicide.
PACER records mention in late 2010, authorities received two tips indicating that Fernando was possibly hiding in either Garland, Texas or New Brunswick, New Jersey. A federal warrant for Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution (UFAP) was then issued on November 29, 2010.

Thoughts? As of today, January 30, 2023, the UFAP case for Fernando is active in PACER. The fact that Fernando may still be in the US makes me hope that federal authorities publicize this case in the future.
