Pedro Martinez Carrillo is wanted for the homicide of 25-year old Jose Luis Moreno. According to a Newspapers.com article, Pedro and Jose were at a bar when they got into an argument over a woman. The argument resumed in the bar's parking lot where Pedro allegedly shot Jose to death.
A 1998 Newspapers.com article mentioned that Pedro was among fugitive homicide suspects out of Franklin County, Washington that were believed to have fled to Mexico.

Thoughts? As of today, January 28, 2023, Pedro's case in Washington's Odyssey Court Records shows as active with no case events since the warrant was issued in 1990. I hope that Jose's family can get the justice that they deserve.
