Jose Pedro Delgado is wanted for the homicide of 18-year old Jesus Montes-DeOca. Jose allegedly shot Jesus to death while Jesus was walking to a local gym. Tragically, Jesus was not even the intended target of the gang-related shooting. Jose was actually aiming for an individual who was walking with Jesus.
Four other suspects were arrested in connection with Jesus's homicide, but Jose went on the run.

Thoughts? As of today, January 5, 2022, Jose is listed as having a warrant according to the Lake County Sheriff's Warrant PDF document. I checked PACER and did not see an UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) for Jose.
I hope that Jesus's family can get the justice that they deserve.
