Rigoberto Rivera-Vasquez is wanted in connection with the vehicular homicide of 23-year old Marcos Lopez. According to Newspapers.com archives, Rigoberto was allegedly driving while intoxicated when he lost control and crashed into the guardrail. Marcos was ejected from the vehicle and was killed.
Rigoberto went on the run after the crash. Criminal charges were filed against him on January 6, 2005.

Thoughts? As of today, December 29, 2022, Rigoberto is on the Middlesex County Crime Stoppers website as one of their wanted fugitives. I checked PACER and did not see an UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) case for him.
The Newspapers.com article mentioned that Rigoberto is Mexican but the Crime Stoppers website said he was last known to be in Raleigh, North Carolina.
