Thoughts? As of today, December 18, 2022, Carlos's case in Los Angeles County's court records database shows as "case pending". There have also been no case events since 2001. This is how I validate that fugitives out of Los Angeles County are still wanted. I checked PACER and did not see an UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) case for Carlos.
I hope that Teofilo's family can get the justice that they deserve. It is concerning whenever someone is shot in a public location such as a mall parking lot.
