Juan Alvarez is wanted in connection with the homicide of Jose Estrada. Authorities allege that Juan hired three people to kill Jose. The motive was that Juan believed that Jose was dating his estranged wife. The three hitmen were arrested and convicted.
Juan was also arrested right after Jose's homicide. In 2003, Juan was mistakenly released from custody. Juan then took the opportunity to flee to Mexico. Warrants were then issued for Homicide and Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution.

Thoughts? As of today, December 5, 2022, Juan still has an active UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) case in PACER. Hopefully Juan can still be arrested and if convicted, join the three hitmen in prison.
