Julio Adrian Zaragoza is wanted out of Fresno, California for the homicide of 14-year old Anthony Martinez. Newspapers.com articles mentioned that Anthony was attending the birthday party for a relative. Of the approximately 20 people there, there were two small groups of gang members.
The gang members got into an argument which led Julio to allegedly open fire with a gun. Tragically, Anthony was struck and killed. Anthony like most of the people at the party was not a gang member.
Julio remains a fugitive to this day.

Thoughts? As of today, November 13, 2022, an "official source" has confirmed to me that this is still an active case and under investigation. That basically confirms that Julio is still a fugitive. Julio does have a listed traffic case warrant in Fresno County's court records database, but the homicide case is not listed. I believe it's because you need elevated access to the Odyssey court system for Fresno County, which appears to only be given to law enforcement.
This is a really horrible case and I want it to get some renewed publicity. Anthony's family deserves justice and for their loved one to not be forgotten.
EDIT: I also did not see an UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) case for Julio in PACER.
