From vvdailypress.com:
"In Pursuit With John Walsh" will feature a TV segment about a young girl who mysteriously vanished with her family nearly three years ago in Hesperia.
The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department announced that on Oct. 6, 2019, John Wade Roberts and Julie Danielle Englehart, both 49, and their 11-year-old daughter, Brooke Roberts, went missing.
Sheriff’s investigators said that in 2017, the family moved from Hesperia to Ozark, Alabama, where John Roberts grew up.
Return to Hesperia
The family returned to Hesperia in 2019 and lived at Motel 6 on Cataba Road in September and the beginning of October that year.
The motel is west of Interstate 15 and between Main Street and Amargosa Road in Hesperia.
On Oct. 6, 2019, Englehart had a telephone conversation with a relative, saying that she had found a job cleaning used trailers for an unknown business in the High Desert.
Englehart also said her family was in the process of moving somewhere near Spring Valley Lake, sheriff’s officials reported.
Englehart told her relative that she would call the next day again, but she never did. Relatives have not heard from the family since that phone conversation.
