Thoughts? As of this posting date (10/28/2022), Mendoza-Rubio is still listed on the Northern California Most Wanted website as a wanted fugitive. Unfortunately, no additional details or given nor could I find online or in PACER records despite the profile saying he's wanted by the FBI. Also, the below profile link has a submit an anonymous tip link for anyone who wants to submit whereabouts to Northern California Most Wanted.
