YAKIMA – A missing child’s case out of Yakima will be featured on an Investigation Discovery show, placing the search for Lucian Munguia in the national spotlight.
“In Pursuit with John Walsh” will focus on the search for Lucian, who has been missing since September 10, 2022. The show is set to air on Wednesday, October 26 at 6 p.m. PST on Investigation Discovery. It will also be available to stream if you are a subscriber to discovery+.
Lucian, who is now 5 years old, disappeared from Sarg Hubbard Park around 7:15 p.m. The boy, who does have autism, is verbal and will communicate with people, according to his family.
The show also set up a tip line so people can call or text with information. The show will encourage people to use 1-833-3-PURSUE or go online to InPursuitTips.com with any information that can lead to a break in the case.
Law enforcement in Yakima said they have not had any further leads in the case. The FBI has also searched the park area. Authorities have reported Lucian’s disappearance does not seem criminal in nature but continue to pursue all possibilities.
