Santos Loeza Gonzalez is wanted for the homicide of Benjamin Puente. A group of people, including Santos and Benjamin were at a nightclub when several members of the group decided to go to a restaurant. Santos wanted a ride to a certain address. Benjamin said that location was too far to drive but he and the others were willing to call and pay for a cab.
Santos declined Benjamin's offer and allegedly shot Benjamin in the head, killing the victim. Santos then fled on foot and has been a fugitive ever since.

Thoughts? As of today, June 25, 2022, Santos is listed as having a warrant/not being in custody according to Harris County's court records database. I checked PACER and did not see an UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) case for Santos.
