Victor Fabian Ibarra is wanted for homicide in Fort Worth, Texas. The Fort Worth Police Department website has a section of their website for what they call "RMS reports". The provided RMS report number mentions that the victim was 21-year old Marcos Hernandez, who was killed on August 22, 1998.
A search of Newspapers.com records show that Marcos was shot to death in the parking lot of a nightclub. Marcos was trying to bury his checkered past, move into a new home and even join the army. Relatives wondered if his history of arrests and his association with acquaintances who were gang members caught up to him. Marcos was also the father of two children, one who would have been born the month after he was murdered.
Based on crime location, it is advised to contact the Fort Worth Police Cold Case Unit if you have any information on Victor Fabian Ibarra's whereabouts. Phone numbers for the cold case detectives can be found at police.fortworthtexas.gov/get-involved/cold-cases

Thoughts? As of today, September 2, 2022, Victor's homicide case has not yet been filed in Tarrant County's court records database. I have purchased access to the database for a large fee (so this will be a one time thing). Based on my searches, court cases are not filed in Tarrant County unless the defendant has actually appeared in court, which would not be the case for most fugitives. Victor is also listed on the "outstanding warrants" pdf document on the Fort Worth Police Cold Cases website. I did not see an UFAP case for him in PACER.
I hope that Marcos's family can get the justice that they deserve. Marcos did not deserve to lose his life to homicide, regardless of what the motive for his homicide was.
