Andres Aragon Cantoran is wanted for the homicide of 27-year old Hector Ruiz Estrada. According to the Houston Library's Houston Chronicle archives, Hector was talking with friends when Andres got out of a vehicle. Andres allegedly then shot Hector to death.

Thoughts? As of today, August 23, 2022, Andres is listed as having a warrant/not being in custody, according to Harris County's court records database. I checked PACER and did not see an UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) case for Andres.
