Henry Houston is being placed in the Fugitives on TV section. He is according to online tvguides, scheduled to be the second full-profile case on the August 24th, 2022 episode (Season 4- episode 2) of In Pursuit with John Walsh.
The following is an article from Houston's initial arrest describing the case:
"One man is dead and authorities have accused another of killing him after a confrontation Saturday in the parking garage of a Lakeway spa, police said.
Henry Houston, 54, has been charged with manslaughter, a second-degree felony, in the death of Frank Terlip after Houston placed Terlip in a prolonged chokehold, according to an arrest affidavit filed by Lakeway police against Houston.
Police arrived Saturday morning at the Lakeway Resort and Spa, where they found Houston lying on top of the 66-year-old Terlip, the affidavit said.
When police separated the two men, they found Terlip unresponsive and without vital signs. He was pronounced dead at 10:40 a.m., police said.
In an interview with Lakeway police, Houston said that he and Terlip’s 35-year-old daughter had left the Dallas-Fort Worth area Thursday to escape Terlip, whom Houston described as abusive.
On Saturday, as Houston and Terlip’s daughter were entering their car in the spa parking garage, Terlip had “somehow tracked them to their current location” and attacked them, Houston told police.
According to the affidavit, Houston then told investigators that Terlip punched him several times in the face and body while saying, “I am going to kill you.”
Houston told police he was ultimately able to gain control over Terlip and place him in a chokehold. Terlip then complained that he couldn’t breathe, but Houston said he didn’t want to let go of Terlip and that his intent was to cause him to pass out, he told police.
Police investigators determined that Houston’s actions “exceeded the necessary force to defend himself and that his actions … recklessly caused the death” of Terlip, the affidavit said.
Houston remained in the Travis County Jail on Monday with bail set at $150,000, online jail records show."

A few more things to add:
-Even though Houston was initially arrested, it appears he posted bail and fled, as there is still an active warrant in Travis County online records for him at least as of August 19th, 2022. Records show the warrant as being issued on January 6th, 2021 (hence the year in the thread title).

-It should be stressed it is only Houston claiming his girlfriend's father was abusive. The zap2it.com preview has the case as "accused of conning a vulnerable woman and later killing her father in an altercation."

So it is possible it is actually the other way around and we should wait for the episode to air before making any judgments. I was told by the team at In Pursuit that this is one of the most emotional and heartbreaking cases of this upcoming season- so I feel they wouldn't pick this case if the victim wasn't sympathetic.
In any case, allegedly strangling a man to death is beyond brutal and not letting go even after hearing "I can't breathe" goes beyond the scope of self-defense based on the police account.
-Finally, the case doesn't air until August 31st, I'm sure you can call In Pursuit or e-mail them anyway if you have information on Houston's whereabouts, but in the meantime, there's also the Austin Police Department if you have tips: www.austintexas.gov/department/police
