Kyle Andrew Coolack, 37, is charged with murder after his brother, Brad Henry Coolack, 35, was found on March 11, shot multiple times in an apartment in the 7200 block of West Greens Road. Brad Coolack died at the scene. Houston police said witnesses in the area said they heard two people arguing and then multiple gunshots. Kyle Coolack was initially identified as a person of interest in this incident and the murder charge was filed on July 15. Kyle Coolack is not in custody. The booking photo included in this story is from 2021, according to police. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Kyle Andrew Coolack or in this case is urged to contact the HPD Homicide Division at 713-308-3600 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.www.click2houston.com/news/local/2022/07/18/have-you-seen-him-man-charged-in-his-brothers-shooting-death-remains-at-large-police-say/abc13.com/man-charged-in-brothers-murder-shoots-brother-to-death-affair-deadly-shooting-west-greens-road/12059136/Thoughts? As of this posting date (August 4th, 2022), Coolack was still listed as having a warrant/still not in custody according to a search of Harris County's online criminal court records. Additional articles indicate the alleged motive was Brad (Kyle's brother) allegedly having an affair with Kyle's wife. The wife allegedly admitted to it, but that's of course no excuse for murder. www.hcdistrictclerk.com/edocs/public/CaseDetails.aspx?Get=Js2xSXuI20OOMa4lzCuYpUySzR+w22MCA16uYaCi5jphZ2KddTprcHkElFef1+qCg4/BSVADvn0sl9Mf/W3BzXF32wEOnhvpMcTjd67uViYwh+jCXwKbwYiM1f8xPuV2TOqyRAnvp0xpCyhwDEt540lnPP/DqvJ7faQFgmeC8UxH2qP4nT7RGw==Admin Note: If you have any news-related updates on this case, please contact us here: amwfans.com/thread/1662/website-contact-form

As of today, January 16, 2023, Kyle is listed as having a warrant/not being in custody according to Harris County's court records.
And yes, what Kyle's wife allegedly admitted to is no excuse for Kyle allegedly murdering Brad.

Coolack was apparently assuming the identity of a homeless veteran and the man who unintentionally housed him the man who I will not name for out of the fact of respecting his privacy I repeat he's has not been charged with anything he even consented to a interview said he had been sent a text message urging him to contact the authorities he was literally going about his daily business even planning to watch college football but first thing in the morning he received a alarming message saying the guy staying in his house was a wanted murderer out of Texas and he immediately had his roommate leave the house immediately and he contacted local authorities and coolack was detained by iowan authorities im glad he was able to come forward and explain what happened im glad he waa able to help apprehend him my source is wwyntv.com is my source

For future reference it’s okay to mention someone’s name if they publicly came forward to tell their story but it is an interesting story
