Juan Manuel Castillo is wanted for the homicide of 33-year old David Valdez Ortega. Newspapers.com articles mentioned that David was homeless and involved in a fight when Juan allegedly stabbed David to death. Juan has been a fugitive ever since.

Thoughts? As of today, July 26, 2022, Juan is on the Austin Police Homicide Unit's website as one of their wanted fugitives. I checked PACER and did not see an UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) case for him.
The Newspapers.com article I read mentioned the fugitive's name as "Juan Antonio Castillo". I'm guessing that was an alias that he was using at the time and they later determined his middle name was "Manuel".
