Roberto Moreno Sanchez is wanted for the homicide of 34-year old Helidorio Urrutia.
Authorities say that a husband and wife were using a payphone when Roberto allegedly robbed them. The wife went to the residence of her brother-in-law, Helidorio Urrutia to get help. Helidorio showed up and was shot to death. Roberto has been a fugitive ever since.

Thoughts? As of today, July 26, 2022, Roberto is on the Austin Police Homicide Unit's website as one of their wanted fugitives. I checked PACER and did not see an UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) case for him.
