Manuel Correa Arcos is wanted for the homicide of 33-year old Octavio Fuentes Rivera.
Octavio was at a nightclub when Manuel allegedly shot Octavio in the back, killing the victim. The suspected motive was that Octavio allegedly shot Manuel's brother at a nightclub in 1988.
The case went cold for several years until a witness was discovered in New York. That led to an additional witness being interviewed in Florida. Finally, the witnesses to Octavio's homicide who were still in Houston were interviewed. They identified Manuel as Octavio's alleged killer. Criminal charges were filed for Manuel's arrest on August 12, 2002.

Thoughts? As of today, July 19, 2022, Manuel is listed as having a warrant/not being in custody according to Harris County's court records database. I checked PACER and did not see an UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) warrant for him.
Also Manuel had no right to allegedly kill Octavio over the shooting of Manuel's brother. There is a legal system which I acknowledge is not always fair to the family of the victim but it is the way that these matters should be handled. You also have to take into account that because Octavio was killed in a nightclub that there were probably other people around who could have been shot as well.
