It's widely accepted knowledge that AMW cannot profile every fugitive case seeing as how they turn down 100 cases per week. www.fugitivehunter.org/usmostwanted.html provides a listing of local and state Law Enforcement Most Wanted websites. Some of the listings provide very bad fugitive cases, many of which have either never been on AMW or if they were, were only aired during the 80's/90's.
So I'm going to list some of these fugitive cases. If a fugitive has been on the run before 1999, then it is possible that he/she was aired on AMW before then but if so then not in several years, so I'll mention those cases as well.
Orange County, California
(AMW Fugitives: Roger Giese, Timothy Marino)
Ismael Hernandez: In Sept 2004, Hernandez beat his girlfriend's eight-month old son to death. Hernandez had been left to care for the baby.

Gabriel Melendez: On Jul 2, 1993, Melendez shot the driver of a vehicle carrying a woman and an 11-month old baby. The vehicle crashed, killing the driver, the other two survived.

Douglas County, Oregon
Ysai Osorio Silva: On Dec 23, 1995, Silva shot and killed two people inside an apartment. Silva is a known meth dealer.

Juan Ordaz-Melgoza: On Nov 30, 2012, Ordaz-Melgoza shot a man and a pregnant woman, killing the man and woman's unborn fetus.

Keenan Lamar Leake: On Dec 2, 2012, Leake opened fire with an assault rifle into a crowd of people after a party, killing two men and wounding a third.

Van Buren County, Michigan
Jesus Antonio Lopez: On Apr 7, 1999, Lopez tied, beat and raped two teenage girls. They escaped from his house trailer after he fell asleep.

Washington County, Oregon
Margarito Reyes-Vasquez & Feliciano Zarate-Rios: On Mar 5, 2000, Reyes, Zarate and three other males, abducted two 14-year old girls at 4:30 AM. The girls were gang-raped, one was smothered with a child's bib and the other was choked to the point of unconsciousness. Reyes also bit one of the girls's breasts. The girls were thrown out of a van after the sexual assaults.
Three people have since been arrested. Reyes is also believed to be a serial rapist linked to other cases going back to 1997.
