Juan Carlos Estrada is wanted for the homicide of Adrian Aguilar. According to a document in the Dallas County Court Records database, Adrian and a witness were giving Juan a ride home from a club. Authorities say that Juan allegedly stabbed Adrian and the witness, killing Adrian. Juan then drove off in the victims vehicle.

Thoughts? There have been no uploaded documents to the Dallas County Court Documents database regarding this case since 1997. There is also no disposition for Juan's homicide case in the Dallas County Court Records database. I am concluding that Juan is still a fugitive based on this as of today, June 19, 2022.
I still hope that Adrian's family can get the justice that they deserve. I checked PACER and did not see an UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) case for Juan.
