Marcial Izarraras is wanted for the homicide of four-year old Victor "Alex" Ayala. According to newspaper articles found through Newslibrary, Victor died at a children's hospital from severe trauma to his head and body. Marcial was the boyfriend of Victor's mother and was not at their residence when officers arrived. Marcial is now wanted on a warrant of capital murder for allegedly killing Victor. It is believed that Marcial fled to Mexico.

Thoughts? As of today, June 4, 2022, Marcial's warrant was verified as being active through an "official source". I understand that in major cities across the United States there are numerous really horrible unsolved homicides that have no coverage on the internet. These police departments have such a large backlog of cold cases plus an increase in current homicides to deal with. It's sadly impossible for them to publicize every single cold case. That's why I really wanted to validate the arrest warrant for Marcial and publicize the homicide of four-year old Victor Ayala.
Additionally, I did not see an UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) warrant for Marcial in PACER.
