Omar Gray was aired on the August 3rd, 2012 episode of AMW on Lifetime as a brief mention. Below is an AMW radio transcription of his case:
"Cops in North Carolina say that Omar Gray is a drug dealer turned killer. They say Gray went on a rampage when he found out that one of his own drug couriers stole his stash of drugs. Cops say Gray stormed into the home of the courier's friend Patrick Ashley, and tortured him, hoping he'd give up the courier's address. When Gray didn't get the answer he wanted, he and his accomplices allegedly drove Patrick to a secluded area and shot him three times, killing him. Gray was born in Jamaica and considers himself a ladies man. He uses the aliases Arnold Carlton and Omar Allen."
Thoughts? Yet another murder where the victim wasn't even the guy the alleged killer was angry at. I hate these cases. Gray's whereabouts according to the AMW profile are all mainly in the state, but in my opinion we can't overlook that Gray was born in Jamaica, especially considering he's managed to stay on the run for 8 years now. Of course I remember forum member Charlie thinking he might have saw Gray at a church (!) in Hartford, Connecticut. And Connecticut is a possible location. So be on the lookout in the states as well folks!
