Sherry Dawn Dunson, a dancer and model who was once featured in Penthouse magazine, was murdered at a Shell gas station in Houston, Texas in Oct 11, 1991. She had been out with friends celebrating her 22st birthday when she was the victim of an apparent carjacking gone wrong. The suspect was a 20-30 yr. old black male who fled scene without the intended carjack vehicle - a black Mercedes. There was an eye witness, her friend driving with her the night of the murder. This case was featured in AMW at least in 1992.
Thoughts? There currently not much info to go around. Not much reporting on her case and the AMW.com archives aren't much help either. But as far as my research goes, her case hasn't been solved.
