From cleveland19.com:
UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS, Ohio (WOIO) - Crime Stoppers of Cuyahoga County is offering a $2,500 reward for help in tracking down 37-year-old Elvia Ibanez.
Ibanez, of Warrensville Heights, is accused of stabbing and torturing a 23-year-old woman. She’s also facing aggravated arson charges.
University Heights Police say they were called to the victim’s apartment at Huntington Green when the fire alarm went off Friday afternoon.
When investigators arrived, there were signs of a recently-active fire. They also found the victim with numerous stab wounds and lacerations. She’s in stable condition.
Paulette Law, a tenant, says this brutal attack and alleged arson is not at all typical of this neighborhood.
“Very terrifying. I mean, I live here with my mother. She has Alzheimer’s and that’s very shocking. We’ve been here like three years and I never heard such a thing,”
Police haven’t yet released a motive.
19 News tried to get some answers from neighbors who live on the victim’s floor, but a manager at the complex wouldn’t say anything and asked us to leave.
Ibanez faces a long list of charges, including attempted aggravated murder and aggravated arson. If you have any idea of her whereabouts, you’re asked to call police.

Thoughts? It would appear Ibanez is still at large as of today's posting date (April 12th, 2022), since a search of Cuyahoga County's online court records show the case as still open and still no arrest.
