Anastasio Ramos is wanted for the homicide of Tuan Nguyen. According to a document in the Harris County Court Records database, Anastasio drove into the parking lot of an apartment complex. He got out of his vehicle and a witness stated he walked over to Tuan with a handgun. Anastasio allegedly demanded Tuan to give him his money. Tuan turned around and tried to run away, but Anastasio allegedly shot Tuan once in the back, killing the victim.
Anastasio has been wanted ever since on a charge of Capital Murder.

Thoughts? As of today, April 3, 2022, Anastasio is listed as having a warrant/not being in custody, according to Harris County's Court Records database. I did not see an UFAP case for him in PACER.
It's very concerning to see a 19-year old allegedly shoot the victim in the back during an attempted robbery. Hopefully there can be some renewed publicity for this manhunt.
