Some regular posters here know that Harris County has a public court records directory. Even better is that the directory allows you to look up a list of cases in warrant/citation issued status. Since 2016, we have been using that court records directory to confirm that fugitives in the Houston area are still at large and in many cases, get case details from uploaded documents.

This leaves a lot of fugitives in Harris County without publicized photos on the internet, presumably because their cases are so old. I have in the past posted a few of these threads of confirmed fugitives without photos, but it would take me forever to make a thread on all of them. I still want to post a few more threads but I feel it would be more logical to create a listing of these fugitives here. This would allow for the cases to get a mention on the internet, especially the names of the victims.

All of these cases have been validated as being in warrant/citation issued status. I will only be listing fugitives who I feel are likely still alive based on their YOB. Nicholas Trujillo Ruiz is confirmed to be deceased. The only reason this was determined because a man in Kentucky gave officers a Mexican ID during a traffic stop. The ID matched the NCIC’s information on Nicholas. However the man’s attorney confirmed his client was not in fact the fugitive. Nicholas’s 1980 homicide case in Harris County’s court records database also shows as “dismissed”.
