Arlene McLean went missing in the Canadian province of Nova Scotia 15 years ago. The province is offering a $150,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) involved.
On Sep 8, 1999, Arlene left her home in the community of Eastern Passage, telling her common-law husband that she would not be gone long. Arlene was never seen again, her purse and 1993 Hyundai Elentra were also never recovered. The only other piece of available information was that she and her husband were discussing a potential break-up that night.

Thoughts? The reason I'm doing a thread on this case is because CBC up here in Canada did a story on missing people in Nova Scotia. It mentions that her husband even wrote to America's Most Wanted in hopes that Arlene's disappearance would be featured on the show, however all he got was a thank you letter from the program. The fact that he wrote to AMW makes it highly unlikely in my opinion that he's involved in her disappearance. Sadly, the reason the show probably decided not to air Arlene's story was that there are no publicized clues to work with.
