Valentin is wanted for the double homicide of 21-year old Jonathan Espinoza and 22-year old Gino Pineda. Valentin is accused of shooting the victims to death after an altercation. A Newspapers.com article also mentioned that Jonathan and Gino were friends of Valentin.
After the murders, authorities in Phoenix requested the assistance of the US Marshals, according to PACER records. Authorities were told by a confidential source that Valentin may have fled to Mexico. A second confidential source said that Valentin had fled to Mexico or possibly California. A warrant for Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution was then issued for Valentin on July 16, 2004.

Thoughts? As of today, March 6, 2022, Valentin has an active UFAP case in PACER that has had no updates since 2004. Valentin was profiled a little while ago on Silent Witness's Facebook page. This is a very dangerous fugitive that needs to finally be brought to justice.
