Hugo Enrique Aleman is wanted for the homicide of Alfredo Leos Herrera. According to the Dallas County Court Documents database, Hugo and Alfredo were involved in a physical altercation. Hugo apparently told witnesses that they needed to make t-shirts with "rest in peace" for Alfredo and that Alfredo was going to die tonight.
Hugo left the scene but returned shortly after. Hugo then allegedly shot Alfredo to death. Hugo is now a fugitive who may be travelling between the United States and Mexico.

Thoughts? As of today, February 15, 2022, there has been no case entries in the Dallas County Court Document database since 2001 for this case. Hugo was once on the US Marshals Northern District of Texas website. Hopefully he can be brought to justice one day.
