Luis Martinez is wanted for the murder of Francisco Perez. AMW aired him on Apr 12, 1997 (based on an early website link I found with web.archive.org).
On Sep 21, 1993, Francisco was with a group of people, drinking beer at a San Diego apartment complex. That's when Luis approached the group and got into an argument with Francisco. The two went to Luis's car and Luis punched Francisco very hard. Then he got a shotgun and shot Francisco to death. Unsatisfied, he stuck the shotgun into Francisco's neck and fired one last time. Luis Martinez then fled.
Thoughts? I have no idea what Luis and Francisco were arguing about but Francisco's murder was completely overkill. Luis has relatives in San Diego and Tijuana and may go by "Big Nose Lou". After becoming a fugitive, he may have fled with his girlfriend and a small child.
