In July of 2019, Skylar Clerf was arrested after the Yakima County Sheriff's Office in Washington state alleged that he molested and raped a child who was 8 to 9 years old at the time.
According to an excerpt from kimatv.com:
"A family member of the victim reported to authorities after finding explicit online messages from Skylar Clerf to the victim, according to deputies.
Also, a woman contacted authorities in reference to child pornography found on Clerf's laptop, says the Sheriff's Office.
Deputies say they found over 1,600 photos of child pornography on the device.
The victim says she was concerned about the suspect sexually assaulting more children.
Clerf was taken into custody.
YCSO says Clerf told investigators he doesn't want to change his infatuation towards young children.
A deputy requested a high bail against the suspect.
Clerf is charged with Child Molestation 1st Degree, and Rape of a Child 1st Degree."

Well whatever that high bail is and whether or not it was granted, Clerf is now a wanted fugitive on Yakima Crime Stoppers as of this posting date (12/29/2021). It is unclear when he became a fugitive or if this relates to the same case (hence why I put 2021 with a question mark for the warrant year in the thread title), but in any case he's apparently on the loose when in my opinion it doesn't look he should have been.
