MANATEE COUNTY - Detectives are conducting a homicide investigation after three people were found dead at two locations in Bradenton in what authorities are describing as an episode of domestic violence. Two women are dead at a home in the 1200 block of 67th Street N.W., authorities report. A man was found dead at the Bayshore Baptist Church at 6502 14th St. W., according to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office. The crime scenes are about seven miles apart. Deputies are searching for a suspect, Andres “Andy” Avalos, 33, according to the Sheriff's Office. Avalos lives at the home where the two women were found dead. According to Bayshore Baptist Church website, Avalos' wife works as nursery/children's director there. The male victim lived at a residence on the church property, where the shooting took place. The suspect's wife, Amber Avalos, was killed at the home, along with another woman whose name has not yet been released. Six children are in protective custody. Bayshore Baptist Church pastor James Battle was fatally shot at the church, according to the Sheriff's Office, which did not reveal how the women died. Manatee High School, Jessie P. Miller Elementary, Palma Sola Elementary and King Middle School were placed on lockdown for about 90 minutes. "Nothing happened at a school," said Steve Valley, Manatee School District spokesman. "This is a preventative measure." The Sheriff's Office is in the process of getting an arrest warrant for Avalos, who they say should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information on Avalos can call the Sheriff's Office at (941) 747-3011, Extensions 2003, 2008 or 2274.www.heraldtribune.com/article/20141204/ARTICLE/141209875?Title=Suspect-sought-in-triple-homicide-in-Manatee

Since he's Latino, there's always the risk he'll try to flee south of the border into Latin America. Since we're looking for someone suspected in three murders, can't the national media networks do even a short piece on this. Even Nancy Grace covering this briefly would make her show infinitely better.

A gofund me page has been set up to raise money for the 10 overall children who are now left without parents thanks allegedly to Avalos. Tripp Battle leaves behind a wife, Joy, who works as a secretary at the church where he was murdered, a 5-year-old daughter, Sophie, and 2-year-old son, Joshua. Amber Avalos and her husband (Andres, the suspect) are the parents of six children who are in the custody of family members, and Denise Potter has three children who also have been taken in by family. I really can't fathom how a guy who has six children allegedly guns down the very same woman he had those children with. To not only kill her, but not even care that he's now leaving that many children of his without a mother for the rest of their lives. www.christianexaminer.com/article/children.left.behind.by.tampa.bay.murder.spree.tug.on.heart.strings/47750.htmwww.gofundme.com/lovebayside

I wanted to make an additional comment that even though Avalos is now captured (and I read in one article he confessed) those ten children are still without one of their parents (or in Avalos' s case both of their parents). So if anyone can please visit the gofundme page. No amount of money can make up for the loss of their parents, but at least it should help them.
