Vicente Ramirez Cruz is wanted for the homicide of 37-year old Rebecca Cardenas (aka Becky Reno & Becky Caines).
According to Newspapers.com archives, Rebecca's body was found in her vehicle a few days after she had been reported missing. The cause of death was blunt force trauma to the head. Authorities believe that she was killed in an apartment that was occupied by Vicente Ramirez Cruz and another man only known as "Paccus".
Several months later, on December 31, 2003, an arrest warrant was issued for Vicente. Authorities believe that he may be in Mexico.
Based on crime location, it is advised to contact the Nashville Police Department Fugitive Unit at 615-862-7348 if you have any information on Vicente Ramirez Cruz's whereabouts.

Thoughts? As of today, November 22, 2021, Vicente is currently on the Nashville Police Department's website as one of their wanted fugitives. I also checked his criminal history in the Davidson County Court Records database and saw no entry for the murder case, meaning it has not gone to court yet.
I don't know if "Paccus" was ever identified and questioned/charged. If Vicente can finally be located and arrested, it would help with identifying "Paccus".
Finally I did not see an UFAP case for Vicente in PACER.
