Yeah no idea just have to wait and see how this plays out. It's good to get rid of corrupt or strict regimes but in Venezuela, they went a little too left wing, so you never know.

This news is completely out of left field, Yulan Archaga Carias really had his reward increased big time from $100,000 to $5,000,000, this is also the first time in a decade, the FBI increased the reward for a current top ten fugitive, with the last time being in March 2013, when the FBI increased the reward for Jason Derek Brown from $100,000 to $200,000.
If there wasn’t any captures listed currently and if Jason Brown was never removed from the Top Ten List, Carias would’ve been #2, but since the aforementioned Jason Brown was removed without capture, while both Rafael Caro-Quintero, and Jose Villarreal Hernandez are currently listed as captured, Carias by default is now the highest value target on the list and has the distinction of being the first and only current MS-13 member with a bounty as high as his.
The FBI Ten Most Wanted List since 1993 for the most part, seems to always have a fugitive(s) with reward in the millions, however there have been brief instances where they didn’t (Dec 2016-Apr 2018) and for a month from El Gato’s capture until today’s announcement.
This announcement comes exactly on the third anniversary since Carias escaped Honduran Custody back in February 2020, and after he was sanctioned by the U.S. Government today. I really hope this helps in finally bagging Carias in once and for all.
