From nj.com:
Police are searching for a Newark man wanted for the murder of a 30-year-old woman and the shooting of two others in Jersey City in February, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Jimmy B. Colclough, 30, charging him with first-degree murder, two counts of first-degree attempted murder, two counts of second-degree unlawful possession of a weapon and second-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.
Authorities are seeking the public’s help in locating the whereabouts of Colclough, who is accused of fatally shooting Raven Harris and injuring two others at the intersection of Old Bergen Road and Neptune Avenue in Jersey City on Feb. 10.
Anyone who sees Colclough should not approach him, but should immediately contact the police, Suarez said.
Two of Colclough’s brothers, Ahmin and Scott, were killed in gang violence in 2016 and 2020, respectively. Ahmin and Scott were members of Sa-Laf, a gang that is based out of the Salem-Lafayette housing complex in Jersey City.
Earlier this week, Shamar Bey, a Sa-Laf member, was charged with a shooting that set off retaliatory gunfire that left Scott Colclough dead and six others injured in June 2020, authorities said.
The Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Homicide Unit continues to actively investigate this case with assistance from the Jersey City Police Department.
Anyone with information as to the current whereabouts of Colclough is asked to contact the Homicide Unit at (201) 915-1345 or leave an anonymous tip on the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office official website at www.hudsoncountyprosecutorsofficenj.org/anonymous-tip/. All information will be kept confidential.

Thoughts? As of this posting date (October 23rd, 2021), a search of New Jersey's online municipal court records still shows Colclough as having an active warrant.
