Thoughts? As of today, October 5, 2021, Cayetano is listed as "not in custody", according to the Harris County Court Records. There has also been no movement in the case since 2002. This will serve as our reference to confirm that Cayetano is still at large.
Hopefully whenever Crime Stoppers of Houston starts their "Catch A Killer" publicity campaign, we can get more information on this case.
Finally I did not see an UFAP case for Cayetano in PACER.
