22-year-old Nadir Mitchell will be featured as one of the two 15 Seconds of Shame fugitives on tonight's episode of In Pursuit with John Walsh (Season 3- Episode 7- 9/29/2021)- the episode only mentions him (understandably considering this is only 15 seconds) as wanted for gunning down a man in Philadelphia in 2020 and having tattoos on both of his forearms.
I was able to find an FBI Philadelphia twitter posting which states the alleged victim of Mitchell was a 22-year-old man who was shot near 49th & Market in West Philadelphia on May 31, 2020.
As of this posting date (9/29/2021), Mitchell is still listed on Philly's Most Wanted's website as an at-large fugitive.
