Just letting everyone know I now have access to PACER court search to search if fugitives have federal warrants specifically unlawful flight to avoid prosuection (UFAP) warrants and/or what their current case status is if it's a federal case. I need to keep it under 30 dollars worth of searches per quarter though to keep it for free so please try not to ask too often since I'm cheap lol, but I figured I'd start this thread for anytime someone wants to ask me about a specific case and you can reply on this thread, I'll probably update what I find on the fugitive on the fugitive thread itself though. You can always private message me as well.

Just wanted to add that as many of the members know, I've been using PACER for around a year. So I can check any requests as well.
Please note that PACER does not seem to have very old warrants in their records for the most part. It depends on the district court where the case is based out of.

Yes a big thank you to HeadMarshal because he was the one who discovered this in the first place! I only didn't give him credit because I wasn't sure if he wanted me to mention he can also do searches publicly or not.

I'm at only 11 dollars before the 30 dollar max with just two days before the quarter ends so everyone speak now or forever hold your peace (until after October 1st) lol.

Wasn't sure where to post this but I wanted to mention that some UFAP cases in PACER may be in "sealed defendant" status. This is after I found what I believe to be the case for 1990s forum-exclusive fugitive Adrian Gomez and also not finding any record of Joe Constance's case. There could be any number of reasons as to why an UFAP case may be in "sealed defendant" status (where you can't look up any of the files or even the defendant's name). Therefore there is a possibility that certain warrants have not come up in the searches that Scumhunter and I have done.

PACER records show the case was dismissed on March 17, 2006. The motion to dismiss document was not publicly viewable.
