Artan Sulstarova is wanted out of Michigan for a senseless alleged murder. I'm pretty sure he was a 15 SOS fugitive in 2010 but the web.archive.org pages don't go far back enough for his amw.com profile. This is also my last recent AMW short-profile fugitive case of the year.
It is alleged that on Aug 11, 2004, Artan Sulstarova and Klevis Mullalli were at an apartment with their friends, drinking and playing poker. At 3am, they were playing an Albanian card game when a drunken Artan got angry over the rules. He then went and grabbed a knife and slashed Klevis while throwing bottles at him. Artan fled and authorities soon arrived at the apartment, tragically, Klevis was found dead in the bathtub. To make this case even worse, authorities have heard rumors that Artan killed a young man in Albania before originally immigrating to the United States and killing Klevis Mullalli. Artan's family and friends in Albania allegedly live in fear of him.
Thoughts? Interpol issued a Red Notice for Artan which shows they feel he may have fled back to Albania. The amw.com page mentioned that investigators tracked him to Florida and Ohio after killing Klevis, but the trail has since gone cold. If he's back in Albania, then if his family and friends live in fear of him, then it's highly unlikely that they'll have the courage to turn him in.
