Ruben Ponce Perdomo is wanted for the homicide of 28-year old Angelica "Laura" Crisostomo Alor. A document in the Harris County Court Records database elaborates that Angelica was at a sports bar parking lot. Ruben drove up and called her over to him. That's when he allegedly shot and killed her.
Ruben has been a wanted fugitive ever since.

Thoughts? As of today, September 21, 2021, Ruben is listed as "not in custody" in the Harris County Court Records database. The 2009 homicide case is also listed as "warrant/citation issued" status. That will be our reference to confirm that Ruben is still at large.
