He is wanted for felony charges of sexual intercourse or sodomy with a child under 10 yrs old, oral copulation or sexual penetration with a child under 10 yrs, aggravated assault of a child and lewd act upon a child.
David Hall is described as 6’5” in height and weights approximately 210 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. He is known to live in the city of Atwater.

Thoughts? As of this posting date (September 6th, 2021), Hall is still listed as a wanted fugitive on Merced Area Crime Stoppers.
I've actually wanted to profile Hall for nearly a year but couldn't because there was one confusing aspect to this case- Merced Area Crime Stoppers had another fugitive on their list named Terry Perkins wanted on the exact same charges but it did not specify if the two cases were related. I wasn't sure whether to profile the cases together or separately and the lack of information and confusion unfortunately prevented a posting. However,, I researched this case again and Perkins is now arrested, so now it doesn't matter as much (posting without confusion wise) if the cases are related since there's now only one fugitive to go after. However, if anyone has any clarity on whether the Perkins manhunt was related to the manhunt for Hall it would still be appreciated.
