"Beltran-Salgado is on the most wanted list charged with first degree sexual assault of an 8-year-old girl in Lodi on Dec. 29, 2008. He is also charged with physical abuse of child. A warrant was issued for his arrest after he failed to make a court date and attend a pretrial conference."

Thoughts? The above excerpt was from a 2009 article. However, as of this posting date (September 6th, 2021), a search of Wisconsin's online criminal court records still shows the case against Beltran-Salgado listed as "Open- bench warrant issued." Additionally, he is still on Columbia County Wisconsin Sheriff's online Most Wanted list as of 9/6/2011.
2009 is the wanted year on the thread title since the case was filed on January 8th, 2009.
Not much additional information I could find aside from Beltran-Salgado's date of birth being 6/11/1961, making him 51 years old as of today.
