David Ramirez MOJICA has ties to Midland and Lamesa, Texas. In 2006, he was convicted of four counts of Aggravated Robbery and received four 20-year sentences of confinement to be served concurrently. He was released on parole in September 2018. On August 13, 2020, MOJICA was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance in Scurry County. The following month, on September 26, 2020, the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles issued a Parole Violation warrant for MOJICA’s arrest. On February 1, 2021, the Scurry County Sheriff’s Office also issued warrants for his arrest for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Bail Jumping/Failure to Appear (Original Offense: Possession of a Controlled Substance). Additionally, the Ector County Sheriff’s Office issued a Possession of a Controlled Substance warrant for MOJICA’s arrest on March 23, 2021.
