The following case details were from a June 7, 1996 Houston Chronicle article that was found on Newslibrary. The article mentioned that authorities were searching for Anselmo.
Anselmo Rodriguez is accused of shooting 32-year old Silvestre Guerrero and 34-year old Alberto Solano to death. The double homicide took place outside a nightclub. The motive was a fight over a woman who was inside the club. Anselmo has been a fugitive ever since.

Thoughts? As of today, August 14, 2021, the capital murder case for Anselmo Rodriguez in the Harris County Court Records database is in "warrant/citation issued" status. It also lists Anselmo as "not in custody" and "N/A" for the case completion date.
I'm assuming a photo exists of Anselmo Rodriguez. Unfortunately due to this case being 25 years old and the Houston Chronicle not being on Newspapers.com currently, the photo of Anselmo has never been put on the internet. I still wanted the case details on the internet since I've confirmed Anselmo is a wanted fugitive. The families of Silvestre Guerrero and Alberto Solano deserve justice and to know that their murdered loved ones are not forgotten.
I also did not see an UFAP case for Anselmo in PACER, although the records for the Southern District of Texas may not go back that far.
