Thoughts? As of today, August 11, 2021, the murder case against Eulogio Acosta in the Harris County court records database shows Eulogio as "not in custody" and the case in "warrant/citation issued" status. There has also been no movement in the case since May 12, 1998. This will be our reference to confirm that Eulogio Acosta is still at large.
Just wanted to say that I found out about this case by going through the 1998 warrant cases in the Harris County Court Records database. I purchased the full Newslibrary article about this case and a photo of Eulogio was not referenced in the text of that article. I'm sure a photo of Eulogio exists, it's just never been posted on the internet due to this case being over two decades old.
I just wanted this case on the internet in hopes of getting justice for the family of Armando Acosta. I'm very sorry that not only did they lose their loved one to homicide but that another relative has allegedly gotten away with the same homicide for so long.
Finally there was no recorded UFAP case for Eulogio in PACER.
