Martin Balderas is wanted in connection with a double homicide. Authorities say that he was closing his bar after 2am when he got into an argument with 19-year old Abraham Arceo and 23-year old Damian Benavides. Authorities then allege that Martin shot and killed both men. Martin has been a fugitive ever since.

Thoughts? As of today, August 2, 2021, Martin's capital murder case entry in the Harris County Court Records database is still classified as in "warrant/citation issued" status. It also lists Martin as not in custody and there has been no case movement since August of 2001. Thankfully, Martin's photo was on the 2012 version of the Crime Stoppers of Houston website. That was made available thanks to web.archive.org.
Also there was no UFAP warrant listed for Martin in PACER.
