According to a PACER document, Eriberto Escobar allegedly raped a 12-year old girl in Atlanta, Georgia between dates of March 2006 and January 2008. A local arrest warrant would be issued for Eriberto on July 31, 2008. This would be followed with a federal UFAP warrant being issued on August 25, 2008. Investigators determined that Eriberto likely fled to Houston, Texas to live with a relative.
Unfortunately, Eriberto has since evaded capture.

Thoughts? As of today, July 29, 2021, Eriberto's UFAP case entry in PACER is still active and has not been closed/dismissed without prejudice. I got the vital statistics from a FB post which I believe got them from the old Crime Stoppers of Atlanta website. I also believe that "Heriberto Escobar Hernandez" is this fugitive's true name, however I'm referring to him here as "Eriberto Escobar" as that's what's referenced in the PACER document.
