Today marks two significant anniversaries. The first being when Adam Walsh was abducted by Ottis Toole in 1981. The other is the 15-year-anniversary of the Adam Walsh act.
While this is in part a somber anniversary, it is also a story of perseverance in the face of of tragedy, by how John Walsh used his pain to fuel a personal journey to make society and our children, safer.
