Jesus Castaneda is accused of killing 43-year old Agustin Villa. Some details about this case, including the victim's name, were obtained through a public document in the Harris County court records database.
Jesus, Agustin and a few other people were inside an apartment, drinking and partying. A neighbour knocked on their door and requested them to turn down their loud music. After the music was turned down, Agustin tried to turn it back up. Jesus reportedly got mad at Agustin and pushed him down to the floor. Jesus then allegedly got a knife and stabbed Agustin to death. Jesus fled from the apartment and has been on the run ever since.
