Thoughts? This is a breaking news case so Kirk isn't going to show up in the Florida warrants search site just yet, however, as of this posting date (July 12th, 2021), there is still a posting on the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office Facebook page asking for information on Kirk's whereabouts that is yet to be edited or updated with any news of a capture. There is one update from the above article in that the victim's vehicle was located at 2 PM ET this past Sunday afternoon, but there was still no sign of Kirk.
